17th Annual ICD Conference
On October 2, 2008, we attended the 17th Annual ICD Conference in Houston, Texas. We were among 300+ participants. While
there, we talked with people about their learning issues, everything from cost to time.
We found out that most people do want to learn a new skill or hobby but that because of their work schedule, they
find it difficult to commit. They don't want to commit to a structured classroom schedule. That's what is so great

with taking courses at their own pace.
The second biggest concern with people with talked to was gas. They worried that they wouldn't be able to drive to their
